Use case

# Do the round once. The agent does it every time after that.

Open three competitor pages, download the invoice from each vendor portal, copy yesterday's orders into a sheet: work like this stays manual because every portal is a little different and none has an API. Do the round once with the agent and it repeats it whenever you ask. Put it on a scheduler you already use and it runs every morning without you.

* Recorded once, replayed every time

  A recording remembers each button by its role and name, not by an internal id, so it still finds the button after the page has been rebuilt.

* Each portal keeps its own profile

  Every portal has its own profile and its own sign-in. Nothing from one reaches another, and none of them asks you to log in again each morning.

* You see what it did

  Every step comes back with its result and a still image. Passwords and other secrets are blacked out in the picture instead of the picture being thrown away.

## Also a good fit

* Invoices from vendor portals

  Sign in to each supplier, find this month's invoice and save the PDF into one folder.

* Shop back offices

  Orders, stock and payouts in your Shopify, Etsy or eBay shop, read and copied to where you need them.

* Data entry into web forms

  Rows from a sheet typed into a web form that has no import, one row after the other.
